Timesheets for business is ideal for the business that has multiple employees and multiple clients. Keeping an accurate tab on how long each employee has spent working on a particular project for a particular client can provide corporations with an administrative headache. Timesheet for business is now available to help smooth the way. The interface is simple and intuitive to use, two options are presented to the user at start up - start a new job or continue an existing job. Job details are then entered and total time spent on the job can be recorded. The information is then saved to a database on the device, so no access to the cloud or wifi is required. The job can be continued at a later date if the user stops the job to concentrate on another project. The database is fully editable allowing the user to change stored job titles and descriptions. Times can also be changed to reflect the fact that the job could have been started before the use of the timer function or the user may not require the use of the timer function as they know they will be working on the same project for the duration of the day. Users can then select jobs that they want to include in a pdf report that can be emailed to their business point of contact directly from the app. The reports can be in two formats. A total time to date pdf that reports job start and completion dates and the total time that the user has spend on a particular project. A weekly timesheet report can also be produced detailing the time spent on working on various projects each day for a specific week.
